Who are we?

As a subsidiary of two groups deeply involved in Socially Responsible Investment (OFI AM and Federal Finance Gestion), SWEN Capital Partners is an outstanding responsible private asset manager, totalizing €4.4bn under management.

"Our model is based on a long-term vision that values responsible investment for a more sustainable and inclusive society...

The investment team deploys its Responsible Investment Policy across complementary strategies (primary transactions, secondary transactions, and co-investments) focusing on different asset classes (private equity, private debt and private infrastructure).

Each year since 2012 the SWEN team has been analyzing and measuring how extra-financial criteria are integrated and implemented at both in the GPs’ investment process as well as at the underlying companies’ level, both for Private Equity and Infrastructure.

... This permanent and ubiquitous ambition stimulates creativity and excellence for our clients, companies, partners and colleagues...

The results of these ESG analyses are used as a true asset management tool and are integrated within the ESG reporting for the funds under management.

Last year, on 22th June 2017 and for the fourth consecutive year, the “ESG Best Practices Honours, by SWEN” event gathered more than 350 people on the theme "the best User ESG eXperiences". Seven European management companies (GPs) were distinguished among a universe of more than 200 management companies in Private Equity and Infrastructure.
These management companies were honoured by an independent jury for their outstanding ESG practices regarding their investment decisions and their management.

... It is the driving force behind the success of SWEN CP and the guarantor of our future."
